Well done to the dynamic team of Scooter Athletes who kept an exercise bike going for 7 hours on Sunday 6th June 2010 during the Hilton Hotel around the world challenge, helping the Warwick Hilton to the top hotel in the Country.

All proceeds from their fundraising efforts at the Warwick Hilton are going to the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, if you would like to donate please go to this link.

June 27th – Meriden Mega Ride

This is normally a motorcycle event but many of the bikers that we met recently at the Dockers Diner are keen for us to get involved so let's see how many scooters we can get along on the day whilst supporting 2 local charities. WNAA / MS Therapy. The start point for the ride out is Euston Place, Leamington at 11.15, we will arrange a separate meeting point for any scooter riders to meet up prior to this to ride in en masse.

As with most larger rideouts these days, pre registration is required in advance.

Our AONSC Scooterist Charity Night 6 is taking place on Saturday 13th November 2010. Live entertainment for the evening will be from Special Brew + the Genetics. Advance tickets will be £10 each and go on sale 1st September. Proceeds from this event will be going to support local charities including the Warwickshire & Northamptonshire Air Ambulance, Rushton School and Nuneaton & North Warwickshire Equestrian Centre + others.

We have had several requests as to what events the AONSC have planned for 2011 for people keen to come to the city for one of our scooter club events and an overnight stay night stay in the city to check out the new 2 Tone museum or walk the 2 Tone Trail.
